These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Josh Zuker Consultancy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, booking a consultation, or purchasing a support package, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Services
All services provided by Josh Zuker Consultancy are non-legal and based on personal lived experience only.
We do not provide:
- Legal advice
- Legal representation
- Legal review
- Legal strategy
All support is general in nature and is intended to help you stay organised, make sense of your situation, and move forward with greater clarity.
Josh Zuker Consultancy is not a law firm.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Where appropriate, you should seek independent legal advice.
2. Scope of Support
Support may include:
- General, experience-based support (not legal advice)
- Helping you organise your thoughts and information
- Providing a sounding board to help you stay calm, focused, and considered
- Supporting you to feel more prepared and clear about your next steps
- Sharing general observations based on lived experience
We do not draft legal documents, provide legal advice, or act on your behalf in any legal matter.
All materials, documents, and decisions remain entirely your own.
3. Your Responsibility
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are responsible for all decisions you make
- You are responsible for any documents you create, submit, or rely on
- You understand this service is not a substitute for legal advice
- You will seek independent professional advice where required
4. Fees and Payments
All services are provided on a fixed-fee basis, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required prior to, or at the time of booking.
Once a service has commenced, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Appointments and Communication
Scheduled session times apply to the booked call only.
Where included in your selected package, additional support may be provided outside of the scheduled session.
We aim to respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe, however immediate responses are not guaranteed.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, reasonable notice is appreciated.
Repeated cancellations or failure to attend may result in the session being forfeited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Josh Zuker Consultancy is not responsible or liable for:
- Any decisions you make
- Any actions you take
- Any outcomes related to your personal, legal, or family situation
- Any loss or consequences arising from the use of our services
All support is provided in good faith and based on personal experience only.
8. Confidentiality
Your privacy is respected.
Information shared during support is treated as confidential, except where:
- Disclosure is required by law, or
- There is a concern relating to safety or wellbeing

9. Changes to Services
We may update or modify our services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
